§1 Registration

• Only your own e-mail address may be used to register an account
• The account holder is always the person to whom the stored e-mail belongs

§2 Naming

Names that are considered inappropriate, whether overtly or covertly, are not permitted. This includes in particular, but not exclusively, the following names:

• Names that reference racist, ethnic, or nationalist symbols
• Racist, nationalist, ethnically, or otherwise discriminatory names
• Names that refer to sexual, extremely violent, or offensive acts
• Offensive insinuations
• Advertising purposes
• Inappropriately alluding to human anatomy or bodily functions
• Pornographic names
• Names that are similar to the name of an existing team member
• Names with religious or political content

Team members include the following roles before their name:

• [CM]
• [SA]
• [GA]
• [SGM]
• [GM]
• [TGM]

If you pretend to be a team member and one of these roles is not in front of your name, this must be reported immediately via ticket!

The assessment of whether a name is inappropriate is made by the team and is evaluated in the overall context.

Any name that violates our standards will be changed and the account responsible will be subject to further sanctions depending on the severity of the violation.

§3 Behavior

All communication in-game and in the Discord must be polite and courteous.

A civilized tone is mandatory!

• Hate speech and discriminatory language are inappropriate, as are obscene or disruptive terms.
• Threatening or harassing another player and general bullying is always unacceptable, regardless of the language used.
• Insults as well as foul and inappropriate comments must be refrained from.
• Criticism should always be expressed objectively and constructively.

Offering goods such as gold or items for real money is prohibited! This applies to:

• 4Eternity Discord
• In-game chat
• Shop names
• Via mail

Violations of any of these rules will result in consequences for the account. Serious and more frequent violations lead to further sanctions.

§4 Bugs, Botting and Hacking

Any bugs that occur must be reported via a ticket in the ticket system.

The utilization of:

• Bugs
• Hacks
• Automation programs

is prohibited without exception and will result in consequences for the account.

§4.1 Multiboxing

• The use of multiple accounts to participate simultaneously in game activities, particularly in battle modes, is prohibited.
• Farming or playing with multiple devices at the same time is also forbidden.

Violations of this rule may result in sanctions against all involved accounts.

§5 Spam and Flood

• Repeating and sending messages, emotes or similar at an unnecessarily high frequency is prohibited.
• Spam waves, as well as participation in such, are to be avoided.
• Actual interactions between players do not count as spam.

The interpretation of what constitutes spam and what actually constitutes an interaction is up to the team in case of doubt.

§6 Achievement and Honor Points Farming

Achievement and Honor Points Farming is strictly prohibited! Intentionally farming Achievement or Honor Points by manipulating the game, such as creating secondary accounts and farming those accounts to collect or donate points, is strictly forbidden.

Specific violations include:

• Creating a second account on a second PC to farm Achievement and Honor Points.
• Intentionally "letting yourself be farmed" by another account just to donate points.

These practices are a severe violation of the rules and will result in severe consequences, including but not limited to: Point resets

• Sanctions against all involved accounts
• Temporary penalties will be applied even for the first offense
• Permanent bans for serious or repeated violations.

Manipulating or exploiting the system for Achievement and Honor Points will not be tolerated and will result in immediate penalties.

§7 Legal Information

7.1 Payment

There is no ownership or claim to:

• Virtual goods
• Refund of virtual goods or moonstones

7.2 Copyright

The content and works created by us on these pages are subject to general copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution and any form of commercialization of such material beyond the scope of the copyright law shall require the prior written consent of its respective author or creator.

We reserve the right to remove or overwrite all game content, including virtual goods, in whole or in part, from the game without notice.
